– Pour The Boiling Water Into The Mix While Stirring Continuously To Prevent Lumps From Forming. – Add Saffron Strands, Edible Food Colors (If Desired), And Cardamom Powder. Mix Well.
– Continue Cooking On Low Flame Until The Mixture Thickens And Leaves The Sides Of The Vessel.

– In A Separate Pan, Roast Cashews And Raisins In A Little Ghee Until They Turn Golden. Add The Roasted Nuts And Raisins To The Kesari Mix. Stir Well.
